The Panama Fruit Feeder Cam at Canopy Lodge

This cam is located on the grounds of the Canopy Lodge in El Valle de Antón, Panama (Eastern time zone). This site is just over 2,000 ft above sea level in the low mountains of Cerro Gaital, with a mild springtime climate year-round. The birds are bright and active! (12/11)

Bringing fire, benefiting birds

The Burning for Birds Conservation Collaborative consists of a partnership between five land trusts and conservation organizations located across Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. The Collaborative seeks to engage private landowners with prescribed fire in ways that benefit fire-adapted landscapes and restore needed habitat for declining Southeastern U.S. bird species. (12/2)
